Hodge Hill Community Survey Results

Residents identified the fight against crime and drugs, improving the NHS and employment for younger people as their top local priorities.
Washwood Heath, Shard End and Bordesley Green wards requested that their residents' meeting address the issue of crime and drugs. Respondents from Bordesley Green requested a meeting on street cleaning.

When asked if drugs were a problem in their area on a sliding scale of 1 to 5 ( with 5 being the worst score), the average score was 3.75/5. The worst score was given by Washwood Heath residents (4.3) followed by Bordesley Green (4.04) Hodge Hill and Shard End residents recorded 3.6 and 3.3 respectively.

The average score across the constituency was 3.75.
