Hosting Palestinian Ambassador, Dr Husam Zumlot

Honoured to host the Palestinian Ambassador Dr Husam Zumlot and his team to meet the Business & Trade Committee today.

I expressed my complete condemnation of ideas emanating from the White House to the effectively takeover and forcibly displace bomb-shattered Palestinians from their ancestral home. We will continue to interrogate ministers on how on earth it can be legal to carry on exporting F35 parts - and we agreed to work together on mobilising investment to rebuild Palestine.
